Return and refund policy

Returns

Each product page shows whether the product can be returned and for how many days after delivery. To request a return, open the order in My account and choose Request a return, or contact us with your order number.

The vendor confirms the return once the goods are received back. Returned items should be unused and in their original packaging unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

• Bank transfer orders: we refund the amount you paid to your bank account after the return is confirmed or the order is cancelled.
• Cash on delivery orders: the vendor who received your payment arranges the refund directly.

Damaged or wrong items

If your parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, report the problem from your order page as soon as possible, ideally with photos.
