Shipping policy

Orders are packed and shipped by the vendor who listed the product. If your cart contains products from more than one vendor, they arrive as separate parcels.

The delivery time and any delivery charge for each product are shown on the product page and at checkout before you place the order.

Once your order is dispatched you can see the courier and tracking number on your order page and through Track an order.

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier or the vendor will try to contact you on the phone number you provided. Please make sure it is correct.
